NOTE: Academic requirements for individual programs are determined by the year in which a student begins his or her studies. The requirements listed in this catalog may differ from those in place when you began your program. Consult a faculty advisor in your department to determine which requirements apply to you.

Please Note: LL refers to courses at the lower (100 and 200) level. Students may not receive credit for AP courses AND for equivalent Universityof Maryland courses or transfer courses (including IB or CLEP). Credit will be deleted in such cases. Decisions about applicability of courses to CORE are updated on an ongoing basis. Consult Schedule of Classes for most recent information. Native speakers may not earn AP credit for the French, German, or Spanish language exams.
